We want you to be secure in your purchase from Black Loon Studio. Returns will be accepted in the case of damage or incorrect product. Please use the contact form above or email to start the process. Any refunds will be returned to the payment method used at checkout.

Orders are shipped within one week of the order being placed. Stickers are shipped *free* in a standard envelope without tracking. All other items shipped USPS with tracking information starting at $4.50. You will receive an email when the order is on its way to you!
Most packages will reach their destination within a few days of shipping.
